The Technical Faculty of IT and Design, Department of Computer Science, Section for Human Centered Computing

 

The Human-Centred Computing Section at Aalborg University is looking to hire a postdoctoral researcher in Human-AI interaction for a temporary position. The desired starting date is April 1, 2026 or soon thereafter, and the position offers a full-time (37 hours) contract, in 10 months.

The candidate will conduct cutting-edge research in Human-Computer Interaction, with a focus on novel interactive technologies, including conversational agents, large language models, and artificial intelligence more broadly.

The ideal candidate would have prior experience in the design and evaluation of interactive artefacts and have published their work in leading relevant venues, such as CHI, TOCHI, IJHCS, CSCW, CUI, and C&C. The applicant is expected to have a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Danish language skills are not required for this position.

Qualification requirements
Appointment as postdoc requires academic qualifications at PhD level.
