At the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Study Board for Economics and Business Administration, one or more positions as external lecturer in Intrapreneurship are available starting from February 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Your work tasks
In the MSc programmes in Economics and Business Administration, there is a need for one or more external lecturers to contribute to teaching in elective courses in Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship and supervision of semester projects. Furthermore, there could be a need for supervision in the bachelor’s programmes in Economics and Business Administration.
The position is for a period of 3 years and includes a maximum of 780 hours per academic year. The number of hours is agreed upon at the beginning of each semester.
It will be required that you are profound in teaching and supervision in Danish as well as English
Qualification requirements
Appointment as a part-time lecturer requires academic qualifications at master’s degree level.
Employment as a part-time lecturer requires either relevant practical experience at a high level which has not been achieved through an academic appointment at a university or employment in an principal academic position at another university. When employed due to relevant practical experience, you must have in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the subject/subject's applications that has been gained or will be gained through employment in the profession. Teaching qualifications are included in the assessment of applicants for a part-time lectureship.
Further AAU Business School requires part-time lectures to have relevant ongoing practitioner experience within their field of expertise, which must be obtained through several of the following: Professional work experience, relevant consulting activities, professional certifications in the area expertise, experience from management positions, board membership, advisory board membership or other participation in professional business associations, involvement in executive education programs. These qualification requirements ensure that our part-time lecturers can contribute with relevant practical experience within their field of expertise when interacting with our students.

Salary and terms of employment
